1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Quality AI Solutions platform, the user and the legal entity CONTRACTOR accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, the service should not be used.
2. Service Description
Quality AI Solutions is a SaaS platform focused on compliance management, quality and organizational processes, with support for multiple ISO standards, including, but not limited to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as other modules and services made available through its Services Hub.
Certain features may be in development or progressive availability phase, as informed in the system or official communications.
3. User Account
Access to the platform is through individual accounts. Each account must be used by a single individual, and credential sharing is prohibited.
To use the service, the user must:
- Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your password and credentials
- Immediately notify of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities performed on your account
3.1. Organization Account Administration
The legal entity CONTRACTOR must designate a person responsible for the environment, called Tenant Owner, who will manage users, permissions and access.
4. Plans and Payments
Services are offered through subscription plans with a defined contract period, as agreed between the parties.
The CONTRACTOR commits to full payment of monthly fees during the contracted period.
Early termination does not generate a right to refund of monthly fees already paid or due, except as expressly provided in a specific contract.
4.1. Suspension for Default
In case of payment delay, access may be temporarily suspended, with all data and documents preserved in backup as provided in specific contract.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt service operation
- Perform reverse engineering or copy functionalities
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, source code, design and functionalities of Quality AI Solutions are the exclusive property of the company and protected by copyright laws, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, preferably communicated by email, system notice or status page, without guarantee of minimum advance notice in urgent situations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or other intangible losses.
9. Artificial Intelligence Based Features
Quality AI Solutions may provide artificial intelligence-based features with assistive character, intended to support analysis, information organization and operational suggestions.
The information generated does not replace human judgment, technical interpretation or professional decisions, and it is the user's sole responsibility to validate the results before their application.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users about significant changes via email or notice in the system. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.
You may request the closure of your user account through system settings, without affecting the obligations of the legal entity CONTRACTOR.
12. Audit Accounts
External auditors may receive specific credentials for verification and monitoring purposes, without such accounts being counted in the contracted plan's user count.
13. Electronic Acceptance
Acceptance of these terms is done by electronic means and has full legal validity as an adhesion contract, under the terms of current Brazilian legislation, including Law 14.063/2020 and the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian laws.
The jurisdiction of Manaus, State of Amazonas, is elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
